1. The service

ShaadiSnap is a private, invite-only platform for collecting, organizing, and sharing a wedding's photos and videos. A couple or their photography team (the "owner") creates a wedding album in ShaadiSnap Studio and invites guests, who join through a link, QR code, or short code and use the guest app to browse, upload, and download photos for that wedding only.

2. Accounts & invites

• You must provide accurate information when creating an account and are responsible for keeping your login credentials and active session secure.
• An invite link or code only grants access to the specific wedding it was created for. Owners can set an invite's role, event scope, expiry, and usage limit, and can revoke a link or remove a member at any time.
• Owners are responsible for who they invite. ShaadiSnap isn't able to verify a guest's real-world relationship to the couple.

3. Your content

You retain ownership of the photos, videos, and other content you upload. By uploading content to a wedding, you grant ShaadiSnap a limited license to store, process, and display it solely to provide the service to that wedding's invited members — including the AI processing described in our Privacy Policy. We do not use your wedding photos for our own marketing or any purpose outside delivering the service, without your separate, explicit permission.

You're responsible for having the right to share any content you upload — including the consent of anyone recognizable in it, where required.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Upload content you don't have the right to share, or that's illegal, harmful, or infringing.
• Attempt to access a wedding you haven't been invited to, or share an invite with people the owner hasn't approved.
• Attempt to bypass, probe, or interfere with the platform's security, including rate limits, authentication, or access controls.
• Scrape, reverse-engineer, or build a competing service from ShaadiSnap's content or infrastructure.

We may remove content or suspend access that violates these terms.

5. AI features

Features like "Find Yourself" face-matching, natural-language search, and AI-curated highlights rely on automated models and can occasionally miss a match, mismatch a face, or misjudge a caption. They're built to help you find moments faster, not as the sole or authoritative way to locate content — browsing by event or album always works too.

6. Pricing

Pricing depends on the number of events and guests at your wedding. Any paid plan is agreed separately with the ShaadiSnap team before your wedding goes live — see our contact page.

7. Suspension & termination

An owner may delete their wedding or account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for a violation of these terms, or to protect the platform or other users, and will make reasonable efforts to notify the affected owner first except where doing so would create risk.

8. Disclaimers & liability

ShaadiSnap is provided "as is." While we take reasonable measures to protect and back up data (see our Privacy Policy), we can't guarantee the service will be uninterrupted or error-free, and we're not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of it, to the fullest extent permitted by law.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and any dispute arising from them is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of [city, to be confirmed].

10. Changes to these terms

We'll update the "Last updated" date above whenever these terms change, and post the new version here. Continuing to use ShaadiSnap after a change means you accept the updated terms.
